Mike and Peggy first opened Soul Flower in 1999 as a boutique that happily promoted a bohemian, eco-friendly, and peaceful lifestyle. Since then we have gone through several changes... we no longer have a retail store, but do have a mail order catalog (order one here), a digital catalog, and this online shop. One thing that hasn't changed is our dedication to bringing our customers unique clothing styles and goods that help them to express who they are in a way that is positive, fun, and affordable.

WHO ARE WE?
Over the years we've had many buds who have been part of the Soul Flower family, and we're thankful to everyone for making it a memorable experience.Meet the folks who make it happen today:

Chad, Special Ops - from overseeing the warehouse to photoshopping Mike's latest round of bad photo's for the catalog, he does it all.
Jenn, The Peacekeeper - honest, positive, real - she's the perfect example of the Soul Flower vibe and she makes sure everything is as it should be.
Joe, The Fixer - every company needs a Joe; whether you're a customer or a vendor, Joe keeps it happening in a smooth and happy way.
Becky, Warehouse Goddess - she's putting soulful vibes into each and every package.
Peggy, Eco-Fashionista - creates some of our coolest tees & clothing designs, develops the catalog, and keeps searching for the newest SF styles.
Mike, Co-Conspirator - keeps the Soul Flower experience moving, although we often aren't quite sure what direction.

WHERE ARE WE?
SoulFlower is virtually everywhere! We are physically located in St Paul, MN (warehouse, fulfillment and operations) and in Des Moines, IA (web design and catalog). Although we do not have a store you can visit, we have tried to create an inviting & simple online shopping experience. You can browse through our store by simply clicking on the links to the left.

KEEPING THE VIBE GOING....
We try to give back. Each year, we donate a portion of our profits to organizations that are trying to make this world a better place. In 2008, we were very excited to join forces with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant two trees for every one that is used in our catalog production. Also in 2008, Soul Flower helped the Food Bank of Iowa to provide emergency food assistance for the devastating floods in eastern Iowa. We continue to support Camp Courageous (located in Iowa) by donating enough funds to send 10 people to this great camp in 2009. (Camp Courageous works with disabled children and adults to build self-esteem through an awesome camp experience - please check them out if you get a chance.) In addition, we support Carbonfund.org in helping to offset Soul Flower's carbon footprint; and we continue to expand our green practices as a company.
