When will I get my stuff?
You will get it fast...in about 5 business days. Your goods will ship within 48 business hours (or you will be notified) and you will receive them within 3 days from shipping. Yippee! If you want your stuff even faster, you can pay for Express mail (overnight delivery in most parts of the US). 

What are the shipping charges?
We use US Priority mail with delivery confirmation for most regular shipments. Priority Mail is always $7.50 for continental U.S. shipments, no matter how much you order. Other delivery options are shown below and are calculated at checkout based on weight. International Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on location and weight.

Can I return my item?
Yes. Within 45 days of receipt of your order, you may return any full-priced, unused item to Soul-Flower for a merchandise refund, merchandise credit or full-value exchange. If you purchased sale merchandise, the unused item may be returned for an exchange or merchandise credit only.

Please indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip or order number with your return, and send to the address below. You will need to pay shipping to us for all returns/exchanges. We will pay for shipping back out to you for exchanges.
