Double layered and super flirty, this cabaret inspired thigh length, scalloped ruffle skirt has adjustable ruching strings, which means you can cinch the ruffles of the top layer shorter or longer, however you please. Leave strings fringy and dangly or tie them into sweet little bows for a variety of hot bohemian looks!

I have this skirt in black and one in blue. BEST PURCHASE EVER!!! I get a ton of compliments every time I wear it!!! I will prob purchase this color as well. I purchased an XS, although I would normally wear a small and I am glad I did, it has alot of stretch to it and I love the strings--you can make it look different every time you wear it! Wonderful, unique design!
