A month ago, I bought the Namaste hoody with Waves of Freedom Pants and they are perfect so I decided to try the Namaste Yoga Pants. Sadly, they are not as long as the Waves of Freedom Pants. I am 5'10'' and they are too short for me. The waist is also very low. They are ok for wearing inside but I would not go out with them to the gym or a yoga class. They are OK for inside. If I wasn't from Canada, I would probably send them back but I will save all the trouble of sending back an item that while not perfect for me, I can wear it inside :)
