ENROLLMENT IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
To begin the enrollment process, you should submit an application via our
web site.
We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your
acceptance in a timely manner.
MODIFICATION
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any
time in our sole discretion. You will be notified by email if changes are made
and a change notice will be posted at

AGREEMENTS REGARDING LINKS
You agree that you will display on your site only those graphic or textual
images provided by us. Each Link connecting users of your site to the pertinent
area of the soul-flower.com will in no way alter the look, feel, or
functionality of the soul-flower.com site. Nor will you link to our site using
frames...linking to our store through a frame compromises security features.
We will use reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot
guarantee the availability or price of any product. You may add pricing
information at your discretion.
ORDER PROCESSING
We will process product orders placed by customers who follow Links from your
site to soul-flower.com. We have the sole right and responsibility for
processing all orders, including receiving, filling, shipping and handling,
collecting payment, tracking and transaction security. We will track the volume
and amount of sales made to first-time customers who purchase products using
links from your site to ours.
COMPENSATION
We will pay to you the Commissions (10% of first order, 5% of
second order), on a monthly basis for all fulfilled orders for first-time
customers at soul-flower.com. Note that Money Order orders are not immediately
processed and until we receive payment for the products, we do not ship
(fulfill) money orders. Also note that any out of stock items will be removed
from the subtotal of the customer's order because they cannot be shipped. All
commissions are based on subtotal (product prices without taxes or shipping
included).
Monthly payments are as follows: provided that the total Commissions due to
you at the end of a month exceeds Fifteen ($15.00). We shall send to you a
Commission check through Pay Pal or at the address designated by you in the
enrollment application, for the applicable Commission within twenty (20) days
following the end of each quarter. However, if the total Commissions due to you
at the end of the quarter are less than the $15, we will hold those Commissions
until the total Commissions due is at least equal to $15.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND SALES STATISTICS
You will create a unique ID and password which shall permit you the ability to
access password-protected web pages located at our web site to review and modify
your account contact and payment contact information and receive your sales
statistics on a daily basis.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or with the consent of the other
party hereto, each of the parties hereto agrees that all non-public information
of the other party, including, without limitation, the financial terms, customer
and vendor lists, and pricing and sales information, shall remain strictly
confidential and secret and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by
the other party for its own business purposes or for any other purpose except
and solely to the extent that any such information is generally known or
available to the public through a source or sources other than such party hereto
or except as contemplated by this Agreement.
