This is one of my favorite dresses. The soft cotton is so comfortable, and the versatility makes this dress/skirt one you'll keep grabbing out of the closet. I like that you can tie the top around your neck because I am rather small chested and it ensures the "tube top" style stays put, but gives you a stylish option over shoulder straps. Love, love this dress!!

This is an amazingly soft dress that doubles as a skirt, it's so cute worn both ways and matches with absolutely everything because it's so colorful. I've already gotten compliments on it and have only worn it once. Thanks Soul-Flower for this amazing find!
