Im 5'1" and 115 lbs. the small fits but if it shrinks it will be too small (so I won't dry it after washing) a medium would be ideal.... I like it too much to worry about exchanging it. It is a lil darker than the example pic. It is a nude-ish color and the windmills are more vibrant that above... but I love it and with jeans or a cute skirt it's versatile. I liked the message so it was worth purchasing.
