They need help more than ever, and I am delighted my purchases help support that. I think your website is great and very user friendly (I also love the design.) I urge you to continue sourcing clothing that is produced fairly and ethically, as well as being environmentally sustainable. I have always had a great experience ordering from Soul Flower, and am glad I found you in Green America’s Green Pages years back! Happy New Year!

January 7, 2011 at 1:48 am (13 years ago)I would be more inclined to shop with you all if you were to give more shipping breaks and more importantly a return label. Most of what I have purchased from you has had to be returned and in the long run I end up paying money for something I no longer have due to shipping costs. I have resorted to seeing things that i like from you all, then finding them elsewhere online for cheaper. I’d rather shop with you, but I need to watch every penny!

They look so… good on and I get so many compliments on the unique items. I love that you donate to organizations too. I’d like to see more photographs of everyday people wearing the clothes. These are really helpful in “seeing” how they would look on me. Keep up the good work! Susie G

Among the items I have bought were the plus size shirts and you never have them any more.
I really wish you had more clothes for the larger lady such as sizes up to 4 or 5 X. I know you would sell a lot of them and we love to look nice too.
Your items are just like back in my Hippie dyas and I love them.

I had received a dress that was not in the same colors as pictured online or in the catalog, it was VERY different. When I emailed about it to send it back – I was asked to send a description of what I was looking for and they’d look for a dress like the one I really wanted… Now I understand variation in fabrics and colors for handmade items, but this was so different. I heard back from someone via email Very quickly with every correspondence and was thrilled that in the end, the gal I was working with took the time to actually photograph the dress and email a pic. to me before shipping it out – saving us all money if it turned out that I didn’t like it, well I loved it! I love, love this dress & was Impressed by the level of personalized customer service that was provided to me. It was like I was talking to a long time friend about the colors and I would and have recommended Soul-Flower to friends! Until next time!

January 7, 2011 at 5:39 pm (13 years ago)hey soul-flower buds . . . i LOVE your stuff, and have been buying from you guys for awhile. now that i have a 7 month old daughter, tallulah love, i’m starting to dress her in your duds, and it is too cute and fun! i agree with a previous comment that a return shipping label would be killer! i’m 5’11” and have had to exchange things a number of times for a bigger size, and sometimes smaller, but the shipping is a bummer expense. also, i love seeing pictures of the clothing on real people. the couple pix you have in the catalog are enjoyed (increase those) and maybe put more up on the website. i love when you’ve sent emails with the pictures people have sent in. super fun. i LOVE that when i call your phone number, someone answers, and they are nice and friendly. that is what makes me most happy, so don’t ever change that. one last idea – maybe give coupons or a small free gift, or something fun for people who are frequent buyers. okay, enough outta me. love & peace in the new year! thank you for the awesome products you provide and being the conscious company that you are. =]

What’s funny is that my friends are satarting to be intersted in Soul-flower products too. I tell them how kind you are and how wonderful it is to get a little chaptstick as a gift when I order. It’s really nice when I can talk to a kind hearted person from your staff on the phone. It is really appreciated. You’re never upset when I send things back and want either an exchange or something else. Thank you! I love it when you send me a personal handwritten letter on my reciept when you ship me my goods. January 8, 2011 at 2:37 am (13 years ago)I would prefer more female clothing tailored to an older group of women who love music but are not in their 20’s and a size 2 anymore. Also, less tie dye and more cotton jersey clothing like the shirts with the owl and the one with the little pink flowers. Those skirts are great for work and for festivals. Less Indian patterned clothing too, and more tees with designs versus band icons on them. Also more of a variety of necklaces other than hemp. Again try to appeal to an older group of women too.

However, I would love to see more shirts that fit “fuller women” I often have problems with the shirts fitting in the bust area. Also, I would love to see more skirts that are flowing not tight fitting-for us slightly older/bigger hippies. Overall, Soul Flower is my absolute 1st choice for buying clothes Peace Out!

Recently we have been able to build a non profit foundation in conjunction with the Forecastle Festival held in Louisville KY. The foundation should be up and running in 2012 and encourage you to check it out.

January 12, 2011 at 3:24 pm (13 years ago)Yes, I love Soulflower also, but, I agree with a lot of the comments about larger sizes. Most all the shirts I want to buy will not fit in the bust size. Sizes up to a least 2X or larger would increase your sells!

I am a lil on the gypsy side of hippie in my wardrobe so you fit rite in with who I am. Thanks for being there for me and I will continue ordering from Soul Flower. I am tall 5’7″ and wear usually a 4 so the sizes suit me fine but I have heard some of the pants aren’t very long so longer pants may be my only concern with ordering… but I looove skirts so not usually a problem for me. Peace Buds… keep doing your thing and I’ll be back 🙂
