How do I place an order?
You must be an approved wholesaler to place an order with soul-flower.com. Click here to create an account and request wholesale pricing.
Once you are approved:
Order Online: The fastest and easiest way to order.
Order by Phone: Choose your products and call us at 844-612-SOUL(7685) between the hours of 9-5 CST.
What is your minimum order size?Our minimum order size is a $250 for an first time order and $200 thereafter.
How can I view and track my orders?You can view your order history, order status and tracking numbers at our Order Status Page. You can view your orders by logging into your wholesale customer account, or you can search using the e-mail and billing zip code that you used when you placed your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Paypal. We do offer net terms for some established customers.
Can I order from the retail categories?Yes, but retail items must be ordered seperately, and wholesale pricing is available only on those products designed and sold exclusively by Soul Flower. You can order retail items if you wish, but there is no discount on any item not contained in the wholesale categories. You will see "n/a" as the wholesale price for retail only products.
How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take?All wholesale orders will be charged the actual shipping cost. Most ship via UPS Ground, unless a different method is requested. Orders are processed within 2 weeks of the order date, but typically ship the following business day if the entire order is in stock. Delivery generally takes 2-6 days depending on your distance from Minneapolis, MN.
Can I pay for shipping with my own UPS account?Yes, if you would like your shipping to be billed directly to your UPS account, include that account number in the comments field when you place your order. We do not ship Fed Ex or DHL. When we do use our house UPS account, we always use carbon neutral shipping to offset our carbon footprint.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, we ship to many international locations. When you place your order, choose your country & our system will calculate a shipping estimate as you check out. To see the countries we currently ship to, click here. Please note, international shipping costs are estimates, and may need to be adjusted on large orders. We will contact you if your actual shipping cost is higher or lower than the estimate. This cost includes only the shipping fee, you are responsible for any import fees and taxes charged by your home country. If you have questions about international shipping, email customer service.
Do you have a printed wholesale catalog?Yes, we print a wholesale catalog twice per year, in the Spring and Fall. We can mail one to you once you have set up a wholesale account, or you can page through an online wholesale catalog here.
Can I use your product photos on my website?As an authorized reseller of Soul Flower, you may use our online product and model photos on your e-commerce website. To access images for your website, follow the steps provided here. All model photo images, icons, descriptions, and logos are the property of Soul Flower, and copyrighted by us. Soul Flower reserves the right to monitor photo usage by resellers and request changes or updates.
Can I resell your products on Ebay or Amazon?Sorry, no. We do not allow our brand to be resold on eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or other online marketplaces. Selling Soul Flower through your own online storefront is acceptable.
- Be sure to carefully inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
- Call for our Merchandise Claims Form to list any problems with your order.
- Don’t delay! Merchandise claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any claims regarding flawed items made outside of the 14 day time frame.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damages and do not discard. We may need to have the carrier perform an inspection.
- Return authorization is required.
- Merchandise returned without authorization will be charged a 25% restock fee.
- Please note that exchanges are no longer an option.
