Enjoy these 10 vegan twists on some BBQ classics at your next summer get together!
1. Lime & Chile Grilled Corn

Margarita taste + spices + grilled corn? Martha Stewart really nailed this one.
2. Portobello Mushroom Sliders

Super simple. Super delish.
3. Avocado Potato Salad

Love the idea of subbing vegan mayo for a fruit…avocados! (Full disclosure: I had to google if an avocado is a fruit or vegatable)
4. Watermelon Basil Lime Iced Tea

Sip this tea and think about how cool you are for actually making homemade ice tea with simple syrup and melon balls and a sweet old-timey looking straw. Anyone who is that fancy, deserves to high five themselves.
5. Pulled Jackfruit Sandwiches with Vegan Coleslaw

Every time someone makes something with Jackfruit, I think of this Portlandia episode. Anyone else?
6. Colorful Veggie Slaw

Everybody loves a good ‘slaw. Especially when you can sub in and out veggies like this recipe!
7. 7-Layer Mexican Dip

Because you can never have too much avocado.
8. Jalapeno Chickpea Lentil Burger w/ Mango Pico

It’s so amazing that you don’t even need a bun.
9. Sweet Potato Wedges w/ No Honey-Mustard Dip

Just like normal potato wedges…except orange-er and more delicious.
10. Lemon Bars

Because no vegan BBQ is complete without dessert!

I’ve been trying to incorporate more vegan options into our BBQs but wasn’t sure where to start, so this post came at the perfect time! The lime and chile grilled corn sounds amazing – I’m already imagining how good those spices would taste with a cold drink. I’ll definitely be trying these recipes for our next neighborhood gathering. By the way, I was just looking up smog check places near me for my car, and it got me thinking about how we should all be more conscious of our environmental impact. These vegan recipes are a small but tasty step in that direction. Thanks for sharing!

OMG, these vegan BBQ recipes look incredible! I’ve been trying to get my husband to try more plant-based options for our summer cookouts, and these might just do the trick. That lime and chile grilled corn sounds like it could be a game-changer – we’re always looking for ways to merge infinity flavors at our BBQs without the meat. The avocado potato salad also has me intrigued; I’ve never thought to add avocado to potato salad before, but it sounds so creamy and delicious! Thanks for sharing these – can’t wait to try them out at our next family gathering.
