I am a size 34D in "regular" bras and have/wear both a size M and L of this. I bought the L first. The straps were too long so I had to shorten them. The next time I got an M, thinking it would fit better. It's tighter around, but the straps are still a bit long. I usually pin them together in the back with a safety pin.
