Categorize 

Instead of totally overhauling one aspect of your life, focus on making smaller changes in multiple areas of  your life. One easy example is to pledge to drink more water (body) and only use reusable water bottles (earth).

Progress

Instead of setting one big goal for the year, break up your resolution into bite-sized chunks that can be achieved in a shorter amount of time. That way, you can easily measure your progress and stay motivated!
